3 Phase Synchronous Motor

3 Phase Synchronous Motor

Synchronous motors are not self-starting and therefore require a method of bringing the rotor up to near synchro nous speed before the rotor DC power is applied. Synchronous motors typically start as a normal squirrel cage induction motor through use of special rotor amortisseur windings.
Brake Motor

Brake Motor

Built big and difficult, Brake motors are VPI applied, offer a service brake motor aspect up to at least one 1.4 and have among the highest braking torques on the united states Market.
Electric Motor Brake

Electric Motor Brake

Electric Motor Brake is a spring-set fail-safe multiple disc brake designed for high torque in a compact envelope. The brake uses radially-spaced coil springs to keep the friction discs compressed against the armature when the coil is not energized — this is the "fail-safe" behavior that holds the load when power is removed. When the DC coil is energized, electromagnetic force overrides spring pressure and releases the friction discs for drag-free shaft rotation. Standard coil voltages are 24V, 48V, 90V and 190V DC. The brake ships ready for installation by sliding over the keyed motor shaft and bolting to a frame member. Optional C-face non-magnetic flanges allow direct mounting on C-frame motors without an adapter. Custom coil voltages, mounting flanges and disc stacks are available for OEM applications. Suitable for machine tool spindles, conveyors, hoists, packaging equipment and any application that requires positive holding when power is removed.
Single Phase Electric Motor

Single Phase Electric Motor

What is a single-phase motor? A single-phase motor is an electrically-powered rotary machine that can turn electric energy into mechanical energy.
Single Phase Induction Motor

Single Phase Induction Motor

We use the single-phase power system more widely than three phase system for domestic purposes, commercial purposes and some extent in industrial uses.
Three Phase Motor

Three Phase Motor

An induction motor or 3 phase induction motor is an AC electric motor in which the electric current in the rotor needed to produce torque is obtained by electromagnetic induction from the magnetic field of the stator winding
