PTO Shafts

Power take-off (PTO) is a device that transfers an engine's mechanical power to another piece of equipment which does not have its own engine or motor. Otherwise it is a splined drive shaft installed on a tractor allowing implements to be powered directly by the engine.

If the IID shaft is partly guarded, the shielding is usually over the straight part of the shaft, leaving the universal joints, the PTO connection (the front connector), and the Implement Input Connection (IIC, the rear connector) as the wrapping point hazards.

A power take-off or power takeoff (PTO) is any of several methods for taking power from a power source, such as a running engine, and transmitting it to an application such as an attached implement or separate machines.

The built up area has integrated facilities for R&D, production, testing, stock-keeping and distribution. The production is done using conventional as well as CNC/UNC machines like turning machines, grinding machines, etc. to produce precision components conforming to the required tolerances and finishes.
